Her leadership model combines scientific rigor with organizational pragmatism, building systems that are research-backed, business-aligned, and designed for real, sustained adoption.

Learning Architect & GenAI Specialist (PhD in Computational Linguistics)
Andriana Korasidi, is a Learning Architect and GenAI specialist with a PhD in Computational Linguistics and over a decade of experience designing high-impact learning experiences across secondary education, higher education, vocational training, and corporate upskilling. She combines deep expertise in instructional design with a strong technical background in computational linguistics and large language models -making her uniquely positioned to help organizations build the knowledge and workflows needed to integrate AI into everyday work.
At 100mentors GenAI Academy, Andriana designs and delivers workflow-based courses, live workshops, and modular programs that help professionals use Generative AI in real business contexts. Her work spans the full spectrum from AI skills Aarchitecture, mapping organizational capability gaps and designing structured learning journeys, to hands-on workshop delivery and continuous iteration based on learner data and feedback. Her goal is to help people and organizations move beyond the pilot stage into large-scale adoption, while building awareness of both the potential and the limitations of these systems.
